Exchanges, Returns or Cancellations

The Women's Therapy team is constantly investing in policies so that our clients are always satisfied.

You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days from the day of receipt and the following conditions must be observed:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging without tampering;
  2. The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the way it was received;
  3. The product must be returned with the packaging it was delivered, with labels (or protectors) affixed, manuals and all accessories that accompany it.

IMPORTANT : We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.

WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST EXCHANGE OR RETURN

Send an email to contato@terapiadamulher.com.br and inform:

  1. Product name/model;
  2. Request number;
  3. Tracking code;
  4. Email registered at purchase;
  5. Reason for exchange or return;
  6. IMAGE OR VIDEO THAT PROVES THE DEFECT, IF THERE IS A DEFECT.

Once all questions regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will provide the guidelines for returning the product and we will refund the amount paid.

Return shipping : at the expense of the customer.

FORMS OF REIMBURSEMENT

  • Credit Card Chargeback: This chargeback can appear on up to two invoices after the payment gateway completes the return.
  • TED/PIX/BOLETO - The transfer will be made to the account of the customer who made the purchase and can be carried out within 15 working days after confirmation of the return.
  • THE TRANSFER WILL NOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT .

CAN I CANCEL A PURCHASE MADE AND PAID?

You can cancel a purchase as long as it is made before 9 pm on the day of purchase and/or payment.

All our sales are processed automatically from 10 pm on the same day of payment.

Therefore, you can cancel or change a purchase before 21:00 on the same day and make sure that your request has been dealt with/answered in time.

This process cannot be performed on weekends and holidays. On these dates, our entire sales and processing process is automatic.

  • So make sure you make your purchase consciously.

After that, your order will have already left our domain and will be in the process of separation by the logistics company.

Even so, you can return the product and receive 100% of what you paid, as long as you follow our Exchanges and Returns policies, contained on this page.

Our logistics/delivery process is 100% automated and has the best and strictest protocols.
